West ham supporters are hardly excited for their run of fixtures that they’ve got coming up. Games against Manchester City, Liverpool, Southampton, Arsenal, Chelsea, Wolves and Tottenham are on the horizon and the game against City has now been confirmed for next Wednesday.

Our @premierleague away fixture at @ManCity has been rescheduled for Wednesday 19 February at 7.30pm.

The Club is offering free return coach travel for all West Ham United fans attending. Details

That means that not only do the Irons have this horror run of fixtures to deal with, but they have it on the back of a hugely disrupted ‘winter break’ after the initial trip to The Etihad was called off before what was supposed to be the club’s planned mid-season break.

Not only does it affect the team and their plans, but fans now face a trip away to Manchester on a Wednesday evening, and despite their club providing them with free coach travel, that just cannot cover all of the fans who had tickets and will cause carnage for many away followers who planned to go.

Will we get a result at The Etihad?

You can read the Hammers’ thoughts on the rearranged game here:

Why have we agreed to that? We should have played it later when city have games to fit. Respect the season break

What a joke. City should refund every away fan. They cancelled it nobody else

I give up why have we agreed to that? then Liverpool a few days later great for team confidence

— Mark Cocklin (@MarkCocklin1) February 11, 2020

Joke decision. Total disregard for the fans once again. And you do know 70% of fans live nowhere near ground so coach is useless,£15 credit would be a more genuine offer. Should be playing it this weekend!!!!

THIS IS AN ABSOLUTE JOKE

— Stephen George Lott (@stephenlott) February 11, 2020

Disgraceful

The Hammers have got very little time for this rearrangement, and will just want to get the game out of the way as quickly as possible.
