Everton could confirm the arrivals of Jean-Philippe Gbamin and Moise Kean over the weekend.

The Liverpool Echo says that the Toffees have found a ‘breakthrough’ in negotiations over Gbamin, who has been identified as Idrissa Gueye’s replacement.

The Mainz midfielder will undergo a medical on Friday ahead of a £25m move that should be sealed before Kean joins.

Paul Joyce of The Times reports that a new centre-back will be the Goodison Park club’s ‘next priority’, but Kean is likely to be secured sooner rather than later.

The Juventus forward will arrive on Merseyside before the weekend, having a medical of his own before the coup is confirmed.

Everton have finalised deal for Juventus’ Moise Kean subject to medical. Player due to arrive on Merseyside in next 24-hours. Fee is undisclosed but understood to be around £30m.
